Join One Green Street and the Houston Dairy Maids on Friday, June 7th from 5-6:30 p.m. for wine and cheese sampling. Experience the Houston Dairy Maids and their exceptional cheeses. They will be on hand to speak on their unique business model, their cheeses and also to sell their cheese to our guests. This event is sure to be a delightful happy hour experience. We love our Mom’s everyday but today we want to celebrate these amazing women more than usual! Join us Saturday, May 11th from 1-4 p.m. as we pamper and adore the women we know as “Mom” Purisa Skin, a local Organic Skincare line will be on hand performing skincare consultations and product sampling as well as Paule Hewitt, owner of Beyond Her will be sharing her handmade, hand dyed textiles including fashion and accessories as well as kitchen accessories, all unique and one of a kind.

Rooibos Tea Class
Join us for our monthly tea class hosted by One Green Street and presented by Chris McKann, owner of The Path of Tea in Houston. This month we are learning everything we ever wanted to know about Rooibos Tea. See, Taste, Feel and Cup a variety of Organic Rooibos Tea and of course mix and mingle with the most amazing people. Spring Green Fling Recycling Event
Join hosts Shawn Manderscheid & Paula Hines (Shawn M Team @ Coldwell Banker Heights) and Sherry Eichberger (One Green Street) for their first annual recycling event “Spring Green Fling” on Saturday, May 4th from 1-4pm at One Green Street in the Heights, 3423 White Oak Drive.
Come mix and mingle while you drop off your recycle items and enjoy live music by Keeton Coffman, delectable lite bites by Ruggles Green, sweet treats by Happy Fatz, yummy concoctions by Deep Eddy Vodka, and craft brews by Karbach Brewing Co.
We will be accepting the following recycle items on site the day of the event (services provided by CompuCycle and ShredPro):
• Electronics
• Cell phones
• Small appliances
• Computers
• Paper (for shredding)

Mission Possible II
“Mission Possible 2″ is the awaited sequel to “Mission Possible 1.” This Guerilla Gardening event is a one of a kind experience. Participants sporting camo, sling shots and seed bombs will board the Pedal Party and set off to green up some of the gray areas of Houston. The seed bomb “ammo” is made up of 500 native Texas seeds, clay and compost.
Once guerilla gardeners finish their mission, they will head back to Sparrow Bar + Cook Shop, chef Monica Pope’s farm-to-table Restaurant, where they will nosh on light bites and enjoy cocktails (two drink tickets per person) and listen to live music by Houston’s own JJ Essen.
The Path of Tea Class
Join us as we learn everything there is to know about Black Tea. Tuesday, March 12th 7-9 p.m. The Path of Tea’s Chris McKann will be on site to guide us through this educational journey. The class cost is $25 per person. Space is limited.
